Rebuild Better

Description
I think we should be targeting to hit our bottom in 2023. There are two generational players available in Berdard and Michkov, and the rest of the draft class is strong as well. Hopefully, we will get a lottery pick to select one of those players, and should be trying to target as many picks as we can in 2023.

Let me know your thoughts and how I can balance out the trades, because I'm a habs fan and will probably overvalue our players ;)
Trades
1.
MTL
  1. Koskinen, Mikko
  2. Lavoie, Raphael
  3. 2022 2nd round pick (EDM)
EDM
  1. Allen, Jake ($1,000,000 retained)
  2. Perreault, Mathieu
Additional Details:
Gives Oilers a solid goalie and a vet that can help the team through the rough patch right now. Can play anywhere on the fourth line but can be swapped for a depth player or pick to balance.
2.
MTL
  1. 2023 1st round pick (FLA)
FLA
  1. Chiarot, Ben ($1,750,000 retained)
Additional Details:
Doesnt have to be Florida (rangers are also possible), but when yotes trade Chychrun there will be a battle to get Chiarot and someone will be willing to pay a first.
3.
MTL
  1. 2022 2nd round pick (CGY)
  2. 2023 1st round pick (CGY)
CGY
  1. Toffoli, Tyler
  2. 2022 5th round pick (MTL)
Additional Details:
Can retain salary or change pick to even out, but I feel like Calgary can use another person in their top 6 that can play pp and pk up and down the line up.

Hes just on IR but should be back around 2 weeks I believe. But that's enough time for Edmonton to turn it around and they get him for next season as well.

Not enough for Toffoli. Hes too important for us to move him for that little. Add Pelletier and Hughes probably does it

Toffoli doesn't return Pelletier by himself. Would you trade Caufield for Coleman?

Way too steep a price for Allen & Perrault. Either Koskinen & 2nd or Koskinen and Lavoie.

I dont know which is funnier, comparing Pelletier to Caufield or comparing Coleman with Toffoli.

Are you out of touch on Pelletier or something?

As for Toffoli vs Coleman:
