Only thing I’ll say is no one will give up a 2023 first unless it’s top 10 protected and in the case of Ben Chiarot considering it’s a deadline deal and any other team would be giving up what will be a late first, it’ll probably have to be lottery protected.

The Habs shouldn’t be taking on a bad contract for Toffoli. Someone will send a 1st for the Lehknonen.

They had interest last season. Not as much this year. I like Lehkonen and he certainly fits the mold, but I dont see it happening this season. He'd be relegated to the 4th line which is not where he should be.

They had interest last year when they tried to trade Sammy Blais for him. Get your facts straight. Also he would play on our 4th so in reality we don’t need him
