I think a trade and sign would get you that but edmonton wouldnt spend that on a rental.

Oilers fan here. Arizona declines. No deal for Chychrun will happen unless Broberg is in it. And this years first. Plus salary going out.

.940 Sv Pct 1.88 GAA you want a playoff push. Foligno got a first+ Chiarot market is a first. Paul Stastny got a first round pick. JGP got a 1st and Conditional 2nd rounder. So yeah. If you stopped looking at it from only Edmonton's point of view finding someone to get them into playoffs. Blues are in the playoffs why would the Blues go backwards by taking future assets and basically ruining the tandem for the playoff push? Do you really think Blues are that dumb to let him go like that?

He's not worth a first, but a 2nd will not get him at this point. He's been by far the better goalie this year.
