    Sergachev is good. Not "Center Piece in a Tavares Trade" good though.

    I wouldn't do this trade if I was Montreal. There is a plethora amount of other, solid, semi-elite players that you can trade for without trading Sergachev and high draft selections.

    "Semi elite". You consider Tavares semi elite? Any deal for Tavares would have to include sergachev and galchenyuk as a starting point

    It only cost more if Tavares is signed, Tavares is an elite player but montreal is only trading for 1 year of him.
