One of the best PP QB in the game. Had the most points last year out of all the Dman. Yes his is not good defensively but 100% not a cap dump.

and Why Edmonton doesn't need him is because Bouchard does the same thing and he better than Barrie defensively as well.

barrie is nice to have but bouchard is a fantastic offensive rookie and makes a ton less money which allows oilers to sign JP and Yammo.
