not sure if the pens can swing that cap, really depends on their other moves.
Having said that, I don't think VAN has any problems trying to move Poolman if that is their desire. They probably get a better return than that as well instead of paying to move him.

If Tampa were willing to do that, Rutherford makes that trade yesterday. Even at $3 million retention, there's just no way. Otherwise some interesting ideas. Let's hope Boeser doesn't turn it around and play like he did last year in your scenario here.
