President generally controls the team's direction. GMJR is just a nickname at this point since he is so well known as it that it still works. In general, him being an interim and now president doesn't change the team's direction. Allvin will do his best to make moves that work towards the collaborative direction of the team. So while the value on these trades is not terrible, moving out players at this point likely nets a younger return and won't cost us upper round picks.
