His full 3-year ELC slides til next year if he plays less than 9 games in the NHL this year. Of which he's played 2 of, so it's 7 games left at this point. That said, I'm not exactly sure why it says x3 there. That price is about what he's getting paid in the AHL, and it's what he'd get paid for the next 3 years if he stayed there. But it's more likely he makes the team next year with the dead cap hits going up.
Edit: I just noticed Boldy is getting the same treatment here. Boldy's on the roster and it's a forgone conclusion he's there to stay at this point, he's definitely making his full NHL wage ELC right now.
I know this is a post about video game, but I find it hilarious how folks around the capfriendly still think Zucc is not playing up to his contract and it was a bad signing. Just my take, not really related to the post trade.
