PHI says no, Olofsson is older and an expiring RFA. Koneckny has the better stats and is signed reasonably. Even at best its a lateral move for PHI and Koneckny is one of the least of their issues, so I'd have to think it would take a lot more.

Oloffson, PHI 2nd 2023 and maybe a upper midlevel prospect, (LD Ryan Johnson?)

Possible oilers might do that at the draft depending heavily on how kass preforms in the playoffs can’t see oilers making any move with him before that.
