Two do the worst trades I’ve ever seen on this site. McDavid and Draisaitl are both top 5 players in this league. Those returns are sooo sooo bad it’s not even funny.
Don’t get a single established player for McDavid.
Then trade Drai for a 35 year old making $10M…

What direction is this team headed haha?
Pretty dangerous to trade both without the conference and one within the division too.

Don’t get me wrong, I think Nurse is not worth his deal and benefited from having a career year the season before becoming a UFA, but you just traded him for a bottom pairing dman with zero offence. Wtf?

Nuge if really effective both sides of the puck and at $5Mish. He’s by no means overpaid and Kakko has not shown anything that’s makes him attractive to move for

All and all this is the worst Oilers blowup roster I’ve seen in a minute

5 1sts is by no means insulting. It’s fine if you’d want more value or different pieces entirely, but let’s not act like this is some incomprehensible, unprecedented lowball.
