Fair. But, saying Byram is 'effectively a dead horse' because of concussion issues is a bit premature. He could end up coming back and having a great career. Its too early to say

I think he will be fine, but the fact that he had to leave the team is pretty telling that it's serious. Calling him a dead horse was very immature.

sorry to say but byram is effectively a dead horse as he has bad bad bad concussion issues which may never become better.

Say you don’t know what you’re talking about without saying it. You don’t know jack about the situation. The Avs have an established history (sitting Timmins out for over a year) of being safe with younger players. Such a ridiculous statement.

Depends on the severity. I recall Ryane Clowe have multiple concussions in one season and he still has horrible migraines to this day and he's been retired for several years now.

Byram didn’t leave the team because he had another concussion he left because symptoms flared back up. COL has established they will sit a young player as long as needed and that’s what really matters. Honestly I think the Avs don’t play him this year no matter if he is healthy or not.

Correct. The Avs under Sakic are a very classy and responsible organization.

Or he makes a full recovery and has a long, productive career.
