Would you rather keep Lindholm this year? Easily could net a 1st + more return this year than a meager return like that

Sonny Milano is also a RFA for the season shown, and he's shown enough chemistry with Zegras and Terry that I think the Ducks will keep him.

Anaheim will probably have signed LDs Jackson LaCombe and Henry Thrun by then.

Yeah, we have a bright future. Which is why we shouldn't be trading our 2022 first away.

Can tell this was made by a non-Ducks fan considering the value given.

Lindholm is one of the most underrated defenseman in the league and could get a great return.

lol yeah. Hard to keep track of everyone. I assumed a 2nd was reasonable but ig i could see a bit more like a first + prospect

A lot of people have us trading away our 2022 first for Brock Boeser or Jakob Chychrun.

I once again agree with everything said by @OldNYIfan and @AntreDiAnaheim.

You didn't sign all players, but my opinion on contracts given: Guhle gets less, he's not an NHLer. Seems like a bit much for Steel but it's not horrible.

On the lineup (although it seem like you didn't pay much attention to that to begin with since it's only 17 players): Terry isn't a C. Silfverberg is a bottom 6 player right now and it's very unlikely he'll be on the 1st line in 2023.

i mean i clearly stated that this is only RFAs, reserve list and people who are under contract then. I just put all forwards in the lineup and same with defense. It wasnt as much about the lines as it was about the talent on the roster. But, how do you expect to have Zegras, Terry and McTavish all play center? I guessed Terry would be the one to not be center because he has played wing at many points. You cant possibly think the center depth with put one of Zegras, Terry and McTavish on the third line in 3 years tbh. One of them will play wing unless you wanna ruin them

If it’s around 16 OA I’d trade it tbh.

My bad. I corrected it now. It was meant as "Terry isn't a C." because he hasn't played down the middle in years. He's sooo much better at RW.

Then two of Thrun, Zellweger, Benoit and LaCombe should be there over Mahura and Guhle. Pastujov could be there too.

It depends if Getzy retires this offseason. If he does, McTavish could play either Wing or Center. But if he doesn't, I think McTavish will play Wing. There would be too many C's that should have a spot. Zegras, Getzlaf, Lundeström, Groulx and, sadly, also Grant.

Getzlaf needs to stay around the team IMO. it seems like he has really helped out the young guys and is a huge reason that we saw Terry and Zegras 'break' out.

He knows the franchise better than anyone and is a great leader. Even if its off ice, he needs to be coaching / advising in some sense
