Hoffman's goal-scoring prowess is on the decline and the Kings aren't interested in rentals. The Kings have only seen Faber's value go up since selecting him and are desperate for scoring in players like ****emo.

Can't see the value here for the Kings.

habs never do this lol. They can get a first rounder + more for chiarot. Hoffman still has some value maybe not worth trading for yet.

Hoffman has zero value. He's one dimensional and has other issues. There's a reason why no one has wanted to give him a multi year deal or resigned him over the past number of years.

Ok then, what about Akil Thomas, Faber, 2nd and a 3rd

Thomas is risky with both shoulder operation.

****emo and Faber are as good as a ‘’1st + more’’ and Hoffman for a 2nd is quite fair.

Why do the Kings need Hoffman when there will be better players available in the free agency next season? The Kings are not yet a fully competitive team, if they get into the playoffs, great, but no one is expecting them to go far or for them to be buyers at the deadline.

I really don't see the Kings and Habs as trade partners at this point.

On my mind the key man for them is Chiarot not Hoffman

Kings aren’t buying rentals. They need a long term answer at LD or the stick with Maata and Hope Edler returns.
