I think that 4th line would struggle. Dube needs to be protected and be with better players. I like Ruzicka but hes still so new to the league.

No reason to move Dube down to the 4th line, his underlying numbers have been great. Also that 2nd line would be the slowest line in the league

Hard checking line mate with Lucic who plays textbook hockey by chipping the puck down the offensive zone so Monahan and Toffoli can do the offence. All have experience playing with each other. Lucic-Toffoli LA years and Monahan-Toffoli Ottawa 67s. I agree Dube might not be worth for the 4th line, I'll see how they play this out in the playoffs

Here's another one
Gaudreau Lindholm Tkachuk
Mangiapane Backlund Coleman
Dube Monahan Toffoli
Lucic Ruzicka Lewis

That is the current lines tonight, whether you want to list the Monahan or Backlund line as the 2nd line really doesn't matter. They play roughly the same amount of minutes

For Toffoli, it often looks like he is playing in slow motion, but he still manages to best other players regularly. It's more like the game slows down around him and it's fun to watch when it happens.

I would say the best way to put is he is like Tkachuk, not the fastest but good gap control and awareness.

I've been a fan of Toffoli since the 67's and on That 70's Line so I've got a good idea on him

Scored a sweet one today in his debut, looks like he's comfortable and that Gaudreau feed and chemistry was sparkling

He looked really good with Monahan and Dube. Gaudreau is just a god.
