I could see Holland look into him but cost to acquire and money in money out issue will be too much of an issue in this case.

Dillon's 3,9 million until 2024 will scare a lot of teams away, but if WPG retains a million or so, I could see Florida/Calgary/Edmonton/St. Louis or some team like that thinking about it.
