Just include a second team with what that team gives for retaining and for the other side just say retaining x amount ik it can be awkward sometimes

the return isn't going to cut it for Philly.

Plus Thompson is on IR pretty much indefinitely right now with a shoulder injury so Sakic isn't asking for him.

Not sure what you mean. I couldn't figure out how to get a double retention trade on here either...
