I mean why not for depth right? But Monahan to the 4th line? Are we really that low on him at this point?

Coming back from a surgery is never easy especially a hip one, unfortunately for Monahan whose skating was never a strong point in his game he hasn’t been able to find his feet again. He still has a great shot and release which can be utilized on the power play but I believe slotting him into the lineup against other teams depth players will give him a chance to use his release and have that extra split second to get into a shooting lane
