Not really.

Bura after signing his deal

Bura basically played like trash and needed a fresh start. He asked to be traded after he disagreed with how he was being used.

Vrana was a very similar situation but worse. Bura at least tried to play how the coach wanted. Vrana would cry about playing defense and when the coach took his ice away he would stop playing. Imo Mantha and Vrana are = talents. Sucks they both have been hurt. Vrana also had 0 points in playoffs since the caps won the cup.

Stephenson for a 5th and trading Seig are far far worse trades imo

Absolutely not. Allen is a downgrade and a 3rd isn’t worth losing Sammy for… a team will pay a 1st or 2nd + for him
