Depending on if the Jets talked to DeBrusk's agent and he was open to signing a medium to long term deal at significantly less than his QO, then that might be close. If DeBrusk wants his QO, Winnipeg would have no interest.

Arizona will likely have to retain something cause Phil will be going to a contender who may not have all the cap room, but they would get more than a 7th
