Oh heavens...I'd have to assume it'd be a heck of a lot more than an offence only winger that hasn't been producing offensively, a 2nd, and two pending UFA's...

Like Rosen? I mentioned this in the other post from Buffalo's side. Or A first instead of the second.

I don't know...I mean, I absolutely see where peoples desire to get Marino comes from, but I don't see it making sense for the Pens. That's a pretty big hole to dig on the right side, that you're going to struggle to fill for a long time. I just don't see a situation where the Pens downgrade their lineup intentionally (ie. Sell good players for picks/prospects) while Crosby is still on the team.

I'm not trying to say that Marino should get an Eichel package or anything like that, I just think there's situations where you simply do not move a player, because digging one hole to fill another doesn't make sense. Just my thoughts.

I think this definitely makes the team better for the playoffs this year, and it saves cap. Miller isn't that much worse of a Dman than Marino, and put Olofsson on a scoring line and he's shown in the past he can do damage. 42 in 56 his first year. Maybe adding someone like Bryson would help, he can play left or RD and he's younger.

Yeah, maybe...If I was Pittsburgh I don't think I'd do it. I get adding secondary scoring, but long term, if you're replacing Marino, you're probably not getting a sweetheart deal like they've got right now.

If you want Marino it would cost Tuch, which Buffalo would never do. Pittsburgh isn't looking to trade Marino for multiple value pieces. If they trade him it would be more of a 1 for 1 type deal for a true top 6 scoring winger.
