We are just getting out of that Kessel retention. No chance in hell I would retain on anyone for term.

I get not wanting dead cap and as a Devils fan, I hope the Devils don't do this.

But a trade like this would be objectively better than a buyout. It's 1 less year of 1m+ dead cap and you get a 4th back.

"Is kallgren the savior?" Don't know if he is the saviour but IMO, he's the guy the Leafs are going to roll with for the next two months, hopefully four months, if he continues to play well.

Campbell will be back in there once healthy. I hope they continue to play solid defence in front of whoever I in the net and I think we'll be fine.

The only question is whether Campbell will be fine the healthy. He really hasn't been fine for three months. I really don't think Campbell has a rib injury. He has a "confidence"issue

I don't believe that. I think his last few games have been good but unlucky
