Not enough IMO. Brannstrom's lost his shine, and Paul is a mid 6 guy. the pick is a glorified 3rd. Probably need to increase the offer with a better prospect.

Totally fair, brannstrom would take a few years to be a impact top 4. Thinking Paul would help provide a defensive forward to build a true shutdown line for Vancouver. What if we swapped TBL with OTT 2nd rounder? What prospect do you think could make it work?

Honestly, I don't think Brannstrom will ever be top 4. He may be a bottom 2 with QB2 upside at best right now, but that could change. Every team needs a guy like Paul, and he'll be very serviceable wherever he goes. I'd say replace Brannstorm with either JBD or Thompson and it works IMO

No thanks.
Tyler Boucher, Lassi Thompson and a 2nd smile will do

Hmm, I'm not sure I'd be willing to give up two solid prospects for Boeser, he hasn't exactly wowed anyone and is making 7.5mil against the cap for next year. I'm not exactly against this trade, but I'd maybe remove the 2nd or change it down to a fourth or something like that or perhaps a weaker prospect with Thompson. Perhaps someone like Viktor Lodin to go with Thompson if Vancouver really wants that 2nd rounder.
