On the open market I think he gets 6-6.5 mil, but he might be willing to take a discount to stay in Carolina.

Tbh I'd only keep him if he took a discount to stay here. With Necas, Nino and Deangelo to sign, I'd rather sign them 3 and maybe look at a cheaper option either in free agency or extending a TDL aquisition. I think Necas or KK will slide into that 2C slot and we can spend the extra money elsewhere.
