Description

Habs gets Price replacement. Florida gets 2 rental (Drouin and Allen) and Edmundson still has 1 year at 50%. He brings the same value as Chiarot. Montembeault is their future backup, they said they liked him when they lost him to waivers. They gave so much for rentals this year, maybe they do it again next year.

I'm a Habs fan and this doesn't work. We can't send only cap dumps for an elite goalie prospect. We would have to add like 3 1st picks or 3 A-prospects.

He was drafted 2 ranks before Caufield, you're telling me Caufield is worth 3 A prospects? Lets trade him right now...

Also, this is rental market, not summer market. A 50 point winger Drouin, a Chiarot-like defenseman and a better backup goalie (All 50% retained) has to be worth something at TDL.
