I like miller but not at a tavares like contract

My primary target would be Huberdeau. I would go over 11 millions, something like Panarin. But people around here will start to cry about it. So i made something new. I like Miller a lot and it will take a master deal to get him. That cap will also goes up big way around 2025 so we would gain cap relief after.

Montreal would have some money to spend and not much RFA to sign In the upcoming season. Guhle and Barron won’t likely get huge deal. None of them have a high offensive potential. Killorn is from Québec, he is a gamer who would bring much needed experience and leadership. 3 years then Carlsson and Cooley finish Elc and get paid.

Leo Carlsson is a high talented big Centerman playing in SHL at 16. He got 9 points in 35 games despite having limited ice time. He will be a very highly regard prospect in 2023. A top 10 for sure and possibly a top 5. Not the good draft.
And no JT miller would be on the top line with Suzki and Caufield. Miller and Suzuki would both take faceoff on their strong side. That would be a lethal first line. But the dream would be Huberdeau. If Montreal could get lucky in the draft that would be a great start to built a dynasty.
