Levi is staying in school. His backup entered the transfer portal. The Cody eakin Era is thankfully coming to an end, he's been awful, unless you only want a guy to win faceoffs. If we go into next season with the same right shot d, and the same goalies, and without a #1 center- it's gonna take the good will from this year and launch it on a rocket into the sun. We likely won't be picking high enough to upgrade our center position, and if we are picking at 10, I don't think a right d would be coming this year to help either. We don't need an all world goalie, we've seen that even an average goalie like ullmark or Craig Anderson can keep his team in the game, we just can't have bad goalies- guys like dell, tokarski, and subbing are awful. Upl is inconsistent, not sure what to expect from him yet.

Not bad for a non Sabre fan.
Better than some Sabre ACGM's have done.
First, switch Quinn with Olofsson and Hinostroza with Asplund RH on RW and LH on LW.
Second, Girgensons WILL DEFINITELY be on the team next year (goal/60 is higher than Krebs and Cozens and equal to Tuch and he spends PK time than the 1st two), possible centering the fourth line with Asplund and Okposo as LW and RW.
Third, while Anderson has been the #1 GK Tokarski has played well enough to continue as back up next year.
Fourth, Peterka may be the odd man out, especially if Hinostroza is on the team. I think he will sign with Buffalo but at about half of your contract.
Fifth, Eakin WILL NOT be offered a contract, but I like all of your other UFA signings.
Sixth, adding Power and Quinn along with more mature Mittelstadt, Cozens, all defensemen will make the team much better. I am excited about the future.
Power, Dahlin, Samuelson, Johnson, Jokiharju and Laaksonen could all be in the Sabre line up next year.
Oldest to youngest Laaksonen will be 23 on July 2nd, Jokiharju will be 23 on July 17, Samuelson just turned 22 on March 14 and Dahlin will be 22 on April 14 and Power will be 21 on Nov 22nd.
Seventh. Thompson has performance is equal to #1 center production.
Lastly, Would you trade O'Reilly for Thompson?

2 years ago I would never consider o’reilly for Thompson. But now 1 for 1, I would take Thompson over him fs
