Description
Biggest question for me, other than what happens in net, is who is front runner for 3C spot going into next year.

1. Boqvist (Mercer to wing)
2. Mercer (Boqvist moved out)
3. Sharangovich (Mercer taking faceoffs on Jacks line)
4. Zetterlund (Boqvist moved out)
5. Zacha if he returns?
6. Shane Wright?
7. Zajac comeback?
8. Arnott comeback?
9. Copp or someone from free agency?

Not sure that gets you Gibson, that definitely doesn’t get you dumba and signing bratt for that much would be a HUGE mistake.

What’s wrong with Bratt?

Boqvist or Zetterlund should be 3C
Preferably Boqvist. He looks solid this year
Zetterlund would benefit more from playing on the wing

Bratt is 3.44 points per 60. That's what such production costs ... Maybe more in today's NHL. Putting that aside, eye test tells you he makes everyone around him better. Only knock I'd have is he's exclusively a wing.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I agree, Boqvist has earned the right to lose the job next pre season. Saying that, if there is a moderate cost veteran aquistion available to challenge him, I'd say go get him

Minnesota isn't trading dumba. Dumba also has a 12 team no trade. Why would Minnesota even entertain what you proposed? They have zero interest in zacha, and some LD prospects wild havea 1000 of? ... Guerin declines

Bratt is a top-20 winger in NHL.
He should be paid like one.

Boqvist has looked promising, which is more than we said in recent years. But I like Zetterlund’s heaviness to his game. Would be interesting to see him get some reps at center.

As for free agent, I would love to add a big, heavy 3C. Thunder to Nico and Jack’s lightning.

I have seen a lot of Dumba trades on here. Don’t really know his status. But I know Wild need to move some salary out and have Addison ready.

Bratt probably isn’t even a top 40 winger in the league. I wouldn’t pay him a penny over 5m a year

Addison isn't trusted by staff. Just because you have seen some bad proposal by some wild fans don't mean all. It's been made clear Guerin has every intention to resign him and extension talks will start this summer. Your proposal is just so beyond bad.

Put him on any team besides the devils or Arizona and he would average between 14-16 minutes a game but because he gets to play 18-20 a game right now he’s scoring more obviously. I consider him a middle 6 winger and last I checked those players aren’t worth 7m a year
