I think Ottawa’s fans decline, Dorion accepts.

Your unvalue of dumba continues to not be right. Guerin wants to resign him and dumba has 12 team no trade. Sorry but Guerin won't do this.

Why would Dorion look to trade one of his prized prospects who just got ranked top 20 in the league just behind Rossi?

Pass, Dorion would pass too.

Well you can read all the reports all yourself because dumba is like Foligno to Guerin

I’ve heard this from you a million times. Relationships don’t mean anything when it comes to business, hate to break it to you. Dumba isn’t what he used to be and we won’t be able to pay him in 23-24. It’s time for him to go.

Because he wants his team to be better than it currently is? Rankings of prospects don’t mean anything especially when it’s Craig Button lol. You can say Dorion would do this, Dorion would do that. At the end of the day you have no idea what he would do.

Exactly. 3 weeks ago it was “there’s no way Goligoski is being extended.” Then he got extended.

Not saying Dumba will be moved, but purporting anything as a certainty just because a beat writer said so is naive.

And neither do you? That the whole reason we’re on this site talking about an Arm Chair GM post. We’re both in the arm chair and the same way you’d likely know what Guerin would and wouldn’t do, I likely have a better idea of what Dorion would and wouldn’t do.

All he does is talk Greig up. Personally I wouldn’t move Greig for Fiala 1 for 1 let alone with a 1st attached to it. Second best ppg in the W this year and scored the nicest goal of any senator in the preseason against Winnipeg. An agitator with skill who can play anywhere in the lineup on an ELC makes more sense than paying Fiala his big ticket contract.

Keeping Greig and spending the money on a UFA leaves the team in a significantly better position moving forward.

Some of you are telling on yourself. It's time for him to go? Why don't you just admit it's not about dumba's play, and more about dumba's value and what he stands for?

Just like Marcus foligno, etc right? The people who want dumba gone have another reason that doesn't have anything to do with his play

What the hell are you talking about? If you think Im saying we should trade him because he stands for the fight against racism then you’re very wrong. I stand for everything he stands for, I think what he does for the community is great but at some point within the next two years he’s gonna be off the team, either via trade or UFA so why wouldn’t we trade him while we can still get value out of him. You’re reaching way too hard.
