Is this a fit? We already have Hughes (who we shouldn't move) and OEL (who we can't move) so Rathbone is kind of redundant. JBD is a much better fit. I know Ottawa already have Thomson so RHD is less of a need.

While I like JBD, I don’t think Rathbone is the piece to give up. Rathbone is projected to be a ur 2LD when OEL starts declining. Rathbone has big upside so I think we should keep him. I still like the idea of getting JBD tho

Most likely through a Boeser or Garland trade. I think JBD, a 2023 protected first would get one of them. Rathbone is pretty
Valuable as he isn’t gonna cost that much

JBD would be a nice prospect for Van to get but Ottawa already has Chabot, Sanderson, Brannstrom as young LHD so I don't see them having a need for Rathbone.
