Description

No other team can offer Fiala 7x7 as an RFA, if they do, then we gladly take 2 1sts a 2nd and a 3rd and keep Dumba. I cant see Middleton getting anything over 2, I see 1.7 as a fair deal. Decent comparable is Soucy but he was a UFA and we had to overpay to keep him. Beckman and Bjugstad are fillers for cheap forward contracts.

AZ isn't moving their top tier picks for veterans while they rebuild

I think it was Dom at the Athletic who has Middleton's contract comparables at 4 mil/year i do not recall the term on that. That said he has openly expressed his joy about playing in Minnesota so maybe he gives Wild a discount. I for one hope he re-signs.
Love Fiala, hope moving Dumba can free up the cap space maybe Dumba and Kulikov? But realistically Billy is going to get a nice package in exchange for Fiala and possibly Dumba. 🤷🏻‍♀️
