i know ottawa wont attempt this because we got to many rfa (good ones) coming up within couple yrs but sure would be fun to screw some cap strap teams tho.. .which we will lets try this.....i pick term and aav according to what teams should be offerin there own rfa at...but not costing us much in losing assets..lol i didnt bother to move white zaitev and or murray if those trades happen....even better situation

Deangelo is interesting. He could fit on a shorter deal. Too bad he's a high risk lunatic. Him, Del Zotto, and Hamonic in the same room... yikes.

No way Deangelo signs that offer sheet. He likely gets somewhere in the 5-7 mil range depending on the length of the deal.

i only did to fit the 2nd round pick i know he will get more? i not sure if carolina can match him over 5m tho

nah, we wont. The cap has been effectively managed by the management team and the prospect pool is still very good.

Doesn't matter as this has no chance of happening in the reality. OP said as such

Ottawa has been a struggling market for years and until they have a new owner (basically haven none at the moment), it won't be fixed.

OS world is not a playground they should be playing in, even if they have a new rich owner
