Description
Lots going on with this mock... Just feel as though this team needs a shake up. Forward group has good depth once again but may need to add a more secondary scoring winger at the trade deadline, depending on if Mikheyev has another good year and if Engvall steps up. Gonna miss Willy but Schiefeles a little cheaper and helps both teams. Defence could also be shaken up more but tough to do with the amount of cap we have. Felt Muzzin took a big step back this year and for obvious reasons had to let go of Holl. As for goaltending, hopefully Campbell will be able to resign at a reasonable price. Also big expectations for McKay to provide a better 1-2 punch than this past season, with hopes of eventually stepping into the #1 role.

Jack Campbell doesn't sign that low ball offer, Chris Johnston already said that Campbell and Mrazek are basically gone.

Jake Muzzin+5th round pick doesn't get Matt Roy.

Why would Winnipeg downgrade from Scheifele to Nylander, from 1C to complimentary winger when the complimentary winger is more expensive and worse?

Los Angeles isn't interested in this effort to shed significant cap.

Absolutely no interest in installing Jake Muzzin 2.0 even if he would waive his NTC, plus we could re-sign Alex Edler for less than Jake's cap hit, and we would probably get the same results without having to expend assets to re-acquire Muzz. Will you Toronto guys please stop doing this? It's like the Montreal guys with their silly Jeff-Petry-to-Detroit trades. And the idea that we would trade the superior Matt Roy for him is other-worldly.
