Rangers will not be able to afford to resign Miller. There is no way the are giving that much for a 1 yr rental. He was a problem in the Rangers locker room the 1st time he was there, they don't want it again

If VAN looks to move Miller, they'll be able to get good assets from a team that would intend to extend him. Not the Rangers, though- there's just no way his next contract will fit into the NYR pay structure.
