Why would Washington hang up? They wanted to trade for him last year but we’re unwilling to part with a D member with a push in to the playoffs. And if Backstrom has to have surgery then it only makes sense to get someone to help out?

Because Jensen is worlds better than Dickinson

He literally just suggested getting Dickinson as replacement for Backstrom. As I mentioned above...Vancouver AGMs MASSIVELY overvalue their assets.

Other than taking up a stall in the locker room, Dickinson in no way, shape, or form helps replace Backstrom. Yet, there it is, in type.
