I could see Stevie getting Georgiev cheap. All GM's know the Rangers don't want a 3 mil backup with Shesty making 5.6 mil and their own players to sign. Paul likely re-signs in Tampa. The Monahan trade is possible but unlikely in my opinion.

I wouldn't count out Stevie signing UFA Trochek. Vinny wants to return to Carolina but looking at their cap it'll be tough to fit him back in.
