Connor McDavid is one of those Literally UN-tradeable players.
not only would it be hard to find fair value but even if the trade worked out for the Oilers it would destroy the fan base and stunt ticket sales.
that being said it would require 3-4 1sts, 2 top prospects a young star player and probably another solid NHLer.
so both 22 1sts and both 23 1sts plus Nick Suzuki and Barron and Kidney seems fair value to me. throw in Anderson in maybe.
