Description

Definitely going to have to dump some cap. But how? The cupboard is pretty bare when it comes to draft picks. Here is how I would do it.

Lavioe isn't worth a third rd pick, and a team *might* pay a 6th for Foegele, but habs probably wouldn't. Habs decline.

Pulju doesn't do much for Carolina. He's got nice potential, but there's already enough of the kind of player Pulju is. Wrong team. Value is fine

Pretty sure it's gone up even more than that, Jakob Chychrun anymore would cost an exhorbitant amount. For any team to acquire him. Quality for quality not quantity for quality.

Bill Armstrong said that they are taking on bad contracts for draft picks. Arizona took on Loui Erikson, Andrew Ladd, and Jay Beagle for draft picks. They do not want "quality."
