I think this is a pretty fair offer, and could wind up being the best the bruins get. Having said that, I think the bruins would be shopping for the, “premium,” future, rather than a bunch of good pieces.

If you can get Pasta for 8 years $80 million, then that's actually not a bad offer.

if, and its a massive if, the Bruins trade Pasta I'd think they'd want quality>quantity. Not to say that this is a bad offer, just think they'd be shooting for a top top prospect/pick/younger player in return
