Not enough for Pasta

A little closer for Pasta, But still need a couple more adds.

Yeah bro he’s gonna cost a hell of a lot more than that. 7th overall and Pinto are very good but Boucher realistically ain’t worth much. I know people will say “bit he was a 10th overall pick”, but he really shouldn’t have been, at all. Realistically he shouldn’t have been a top 40 pick, no body had him ranked there, and his season was extremely disappointing.

Well, Ottawa isn't going to trade all that without a signed Pasta, and unless Bruins agree to the sign and trade with Pasta and Ottawa, Pasta won't be signed by the Sens.
Gee, if I'm the Sens (or any team), and had negotiating rights allowed by the Bruins, I certainly would talk to Pasta. Maybe if 10.5m is agreed to by Pasta....tell him to wait a year and come back as a UFA. Yea I know that has drawbacks by both the Sens and Pasta, but it would help the Sens for sure.

Boucher is a wild card. I think if you start a convo for Pasta, Sanderson would have to be a part of the conversation.

A hell more than that?

- a prospect that is probably valued around that
- 10th OA pick from last year


But yeah the fact that Boucher was such a reach make people easily forget that he's still a recent first round pick. But even without counting Boucher, a 7th OA pick and a young player like pinto is already gigantic value, how much people think Pastrnak is worth if that is not enough

I don't think the Sens have any desire to trade Jake, like the Stars wouldn't part with Heiskanen in their past discussions for Erik Karlsson.



Yes, we are all very annoyed by the Boucher pick but the reference is always Bob McKenzie's list. He was ranked 29th
