Description

Adding 1 Top 6 forward and a Starting goaltender would still leave a lot of Cap Space assuming Backstrom and Wilson begin the season on LTIR. The only subtraction is Eller. It makes more sense to sign UFA's than to trade prospects/picks. Is this reasonable?

Gotta think Forsberg gets more in Free Agency. Nichushkin or Puljujarvi could be adequate replacements for not being able to bring in Forsberg.

Caps should be having Samsonov in over Vanecek, and I have to think that VV gets more than 1.2 mil. Can't see Kuemper making it to Free Agency anyway, so both goalies can be brought back no problem.

I like bringing up Protas, Snively, and Jonsson Fjallby full time. I could see Leason also jumping one of them at some point in the year.

Would love if the caps signed Nichushkin. Not too sure if FF would be down for a "reunion"
