Durzi isn’t just another offensive defenseman. We’re not talking about Tyson Barrie by any means here. He stepped up huge last season when doughty and elder went down and played key minutes on the PP and PK. He’s very responsible in his own end. He’s well worth 28 OA and Ryan Johnson….maybe not so much Olafsson

He’s young, so he could certainly get better defensively as he develops
But he is 100% an “offensive minded” defenseman to this point

And that proposed trade is a huge overpay
