Someone will give them AT LEAST 2nd round pick for Georgiev, probably a lot more. They will sign him to a mid-term deal to be their starter. The above package isn't better than what they will get. From Toronto, it probably takes their 1st rounder.

If a team wants a 1B or better, the goalie market is very thin for UFAs. There are only 14 UFA goalies who played more than 20 games. Out of those 14, you can remove 9 or 10 instantly because they either are retiring or leaving the league (Koskinen, Anderson), they will be picky about where they sign (Fleury), they stink or aren't seen as anything more than fringe backups (Greiss, Lankinen, Gillies, Jones, Tokarski), or they are likely to remain with their current team (Kuemper).

That leaves Husso, Campbell, DeSmith, Holtby, and maybe Wedgewood since he had a strong close to the season in Dallas. You can reasonably assume that at least 1 of those guys stay with their current team as well.

The Rangers probably get a very nice return for Georgiev. There won't be many options in net. It's why the Leafs Matt Murray speculation by Chris Johnston isn't as crazy as it seems (assuming there are cap considerations).

Matt Murray Will not happen or it would have been done years ago before he went to Ottawa Mackenzie Blackwood would be a better option than Murray

Leafs could not afford him when he was available previously. Their cap was too tight. He clearly was trying to cash in. The Blackhawks had consummated a trade with Pittsburgh before Ottawa did, but it was contingent on an extension. Murray wanted more than they wanted to give him. Then Ottawa acquired him by giving him one of the largest goalie cap hits in the league.

The Leafs aren't going to acquire him at full ticket if they do. There will be cap considerations like Ottawa taking a bad contract and retaining. I assume it will be cap neutral for Toronto, with Toronto sending Ottawa some sunk cost contracts.
