Pretty bad trade for Calgary

the logic was they were disappointed with Dube last year and with the guys they need to re-sign, they need cheap NHL bodies, but you're probably right and its not enough. That was my biggest reach, I was trying to get a guy to replace Mikheyev who's gonna get the bag next month.

I think the calgary trade is decent but id think calgary may want slightly more. But knowing treliving hed still do that. The max domi deal is unreasonable. Hes not gonna take that big of a pay cut. If he is he's gonna want a guarantee to be a top 6 guy to build his reputation back up and then go chase the bag later. I think 3-3.5 mill for a year or 2 is the deal that makes sense but he's gotta play in that top 6.

Definitely wasn't disappointed with the way Dube finished the season. After he got healthy scratched he came back and put up 12 goals and 18 points in the last 29 games. He's on a very solid contact with a 2 years left, I highly doubt Calgary has given up on him

Lyubushkin needs more, probably closer to 3 million. Sandin and Liljegren also are underpaid.
