Description

I would love to see the rangers try to acquire one of the kings younger centers without dismantling their current roster. This would help them with their salary cap and if they are unable to sign Copp or Strome. If Krasvtsov is included in trade, hopefully Othmann can step up and play on the 3rd line.

If Turcott is truly untouchable, what about Vilardi (what would that trade look like)?

As for Jones and Benn, virtually just looking for a cheaper backup and 7th defenseman that does not require term to sign.

Lundkvist is a RD. That's the one position where we have both length and strength. Put Jones in there and that's a possibility.

I think it would cost more, or rather, LA be unwilling to trade Turcotte. I like the idea though. Trouba contract is just such a back breaker.

If Miller isn't available find another partner. Vilardi and Turcotte are peices we'd use for Debrincat or Chychrun, not Lundkvist.

I get that, but as of right now Miller and turcotte aren’t even in the same category. Turcotte’s been injured and hasn’t cracked the roster. Millers been a key piece of our blue line.

I know, but he’s the type of player we need 2LD or top line winger. Anything else we are good. Which is why nothing else you have is worth moving Turcotte.

debrincat is obviously the most costly one, but miller’s value is something obviously to not be slept on. 1 more year as an RFA and he really started to break out this year. Imo he has value close to Chychrun, but not quite his value.
