Interesting take on the DeBrincat situation. I wouldn’t do that trade (from Chicago’s perspective) but I’ll give you points for creativity.

Agree, you get style points but the Hawks have zero interest in Eichel

Chicago passes. We'd rather hold onto the younger player who's a RFA then take on a $10M cap hit for a UFA player in a few years; doesn't make sense for a rebuilding team.
