LA doesn't really want to give up anything for Muzzin. At his full cap hit, he has negative value. At 50% retention, he's worth future considerations.
The Kings aren't interested in giving up futures for him. At best, they'd swap a guy like Walker for him so the trade would be essentially cap neutral, and they'd be moving out a guy from a position of strength for a guy at a position of weakness.
The only way the Kings would consider something like is if Toronto is the team that compensates Arizona for retaining 50% of Muzzin's salary, not LA. The Kings would then take on Muzzin from Arizona in exchange for Sean Walker.
