Boeser has a lot less value in a trade since his QE is 7.5M

His QO might be 7.5M but that doesn't mean he'll get that on a long-term contract, and I don't think it lowers his value.

His QE is 7.5M and unless you give him long term he takes his QE and becomes a UFA in a year, he holds the cards so his trade value is significantly lower than fiala

Boeser is streaky, not a good skater and has an awful QO.
It aint close in value.
Then you add the fact that Fiala played only 5% with Kaprizov.
Fiala's resume is impressive. Boeser, anything but impressive.
