I’d love to get Konecny in this team and would gladly pay that price— I believe the pick used on him was originally NSH’s as well. But I would look elsewhere if a Killorn trade includes Tolvanen. As for Lyubushkin, I’d happily accept that deal. Feels like perfect term/$$ and solidifies that 3rd pair. Slowly getting better: Irwin - Weber —> Boro - Benning —> Lauzon - Lyubushkin

I just don’t think Tolvanen is going to put into a place to succeed here (especially with Konecny on team). He isn’t going to get powerplay time and Killorn would be a solid veteran add to put with Jeannot and glass. I’m kind of just interested in seeing what Tolvanen can do somewhere else

Which is a shame because he looked fantastic on the PP in 2020-21. You're probably right, but I just can't see Poile moving him when he has such a great contract right now. Though maybe a cap strapped team will pay extra for that
