This idea of moving Blackwood for Campbell's rights is simply speculation from Larry Brooks. U don't get a 1B for someone's UFA rights. The most u get is a 4th/5th. Idc how bad we need a goalie; I'm not doing this deal. If Campbell refuses to sign for whatever reason, then we're left with no one that can start and we'll end up really overpaying someone either in FA or through trade. We'll wait till July 13th to take our chances

if its at the trade deadline, im not resigning Bertuzzi and i have no other options, Ill make this trade. But honestly, the picks are pretty pointless and the talent coming back isnt great. We are looking for some quality, not just bodies you dont want.
