SOMETHING BOTH PHILLY & LAK SHOULD CONSIDER. 2 TEAMS GOING IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION. I KNOW THERE'S ALOT OF TALENT COMING BACK FROM LAK BUT PROVY IS A TOP PAIRING DMAN COST CONTROLLED AND LAUGHTON IS A SOLID DEFENSIVE PLAYER WITH HEART GOOD FOR A PLAYOFF RUN! IM NOT EVEN SURE I WANT TO TRADE PROVY BUT MAYBE IF SANHEIM SIGNS W/PHILLY AND CLARKE COMES ALONG THEY WILL BE YOUR TOP PAIRING W/RISTO AND YORK AS THE #2 SET. PHILLY ADDS SOME TALENT UP FRONT IF TURCOTTE AND VALLARDI CAN MEET THEIR POTENTIALS.

You'd have to take Clarke out, as there's no way Rob Blake is going to move him.

I think Vilardi, Turcotte and Grans along with a 3rd would be enough for Provorov.

He's a top pairing dman that plays almost 30 mins a game. They need a top young dman coming back otherwise no deal. LAK have a lot of RH dman on roster and system. Sorry but those two/three and a 3rd doesn't do it as neither has proven to be an NHL player.

Grans is very likely going to be a top pairing RD as well. He's got better size than Clarke as well, and might be ready for NHL action this coming season, where Clarke is not a guarantee. They'd probably include Mikey Anderson in the deal as well, who has some pretty good upside.

Another cluttered trade. Trade "just" Provorov. Philly wouldn't get much more than Turcotte.

Im sorry if more than 2 people clutter you but I can see why if you think Turcotte alone=Provy.

Prov is 2D and not the most impressive one at that, Turcotte has fringed 1C ceiling. Why would the Kings move him if his value is going to suck as a former 5OA? They're just going to play him until he realizes his value.

Provorov would be a perfect fit in LA, but the Kings just signed Fiala for 7 years… I dunno, but with the cap and this site showing you the contracts I always thought you had to throw in a semi big contract with prospects/picks. This trade would be awesome on some video game or dream though.
